Marino passed for a record 5084 yards in 1984. Brees is on track to pass for 5083, 1 yard short.

Jason Campbell has the passes without an interception record within his sight (surely jinxed now though).

Peyton Manning continues to fly up the all time lists. So does Kerry Collins which is a little surprising.

Read the article. He moved past Jim Kelly this past Sunday for 14th place in all time yardage thrown.

Collins has been in the league a long time now, and been a starter most of his career

He's always played wherever he has landed so that has helped. People tend to think of the all time yardage lists as a place for players who were ultra-productive for years but Collins has been steady and hung around a long time. He's the tortoise to Manning's hare.

I don't think Brees will do it, but its going to be a close call.
