Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard's court hearing to determine if he violated his probation in July, which was scheduled for Friday, has been postponed again, Field Yates of ESPN Boston reports. Dennard, who was arrested early in the morning of July 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence, has a new hearing scheduled for Sept. 16 at 10:30 a.m., four days after the Patriots' second regular-season game. The hearing was originally set for August but was postponed until Friday. In a separate case, Dennard received two years' probation after being convicted of felony assault of a police officer during an April 2012 incident in Lincoln and is scheduled to serve 30 days in jail in March 2014 .
