Rob Gronkowski did not make the trip to upstate New York, his home area, and will not play Sunday against Buffalo. The Patriots officially declared him out Saturday night. Brandon Bolden, Will Svitek, Aaron Dobson and Duron Harmon, all of whom also were on the injury report all week, also were declared out. The Pats will have only two tight ends active for the game, Michael Hoomanawanui and rookie Zach Sudfeld, and only three safeties, Devin McCourty, Steve Gregory and Tavon Wilson.
