Playing in a line rotation that allowed him to stay relatively fresh the whole game, Patriots defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth forced a pair of holding penalties, made two tackles and disrupted the Dolphins’ blocking schemes Monday night. Still, he wasn’t as much of a force as he’d like to be. Haynesworth said once he feels a little more comfortable in the Pats’ system, he’ll be more consistent in his play. “(I have to) cut out some of my mental errors,†he said. “I still have to be comfortable with what I’m doing, trust in it, and then, I’ll be more effective.†Like wide receiver Chad Ochocinco trying to learn the offense, there are some tricks to the defense and Belichick’s scheme that aren’t learned overnight. “Yeah, when you’re in a scheme for a long time, it’s a given what you’re going to do,†Haynesworth said. “When you come to a new scheme, there’s a little bit of thinking. What I got to do is just believe in it. Even though it’s a different word that we use (with terminology), it’s still the same technique, so you have to believe in it, and get after it.†Source: Boston Herald
