The New England Patriots placed veteran safety Adrian Wilson on injured reserve, ending his season. The Patritos also cut outside linebacker Jermaine Cunnngham, defensive lineman Justin Francis, punter Zoltan Mesko, quarterback Tim Tebow and linebacker Jeff Tarpinian. The Patriots released defensive lineman Marcus Forston, linebacker Ja’Gared Davis, safety Kanorris Davis, defensive back Justin Green, offensive lineman Chris McDonald, defensive back Stephon Morris, wide receiver Quentin Sims and running back George Winn.
