Patriots quarterback Tim Tebow is expected to make the final roster, reports the Boston Globe. Even though the Patriots have only kept two quarterbacks on the roster in three of the past four seasons, Tebow "isn't going anywhere." The report says Tebow's spot was "locked up" when he was signed in June, and he would only be cut if some sort of catastrophe happened. The plan is to develop Tebow as a long-term option. Anyone else realize that "locked up" is a pretty poor choice of words for a roster-spot reference in a Pats story this offseason?
