NFL Network reported earlier today that quarterback Tom Brady has been in contact with former New England wide receivers Deion Branch and Brandon Lloyd to gauge their interest in getting last year’s band back together. But if such conversations have taken place, Brady refuses to admit it. “No, I haven’t talked to those guys in a while,†Brady said following Sunday’s 23-3 win. “I love both of them. They’re good friends and great teammates, but I haven’t talked to either of them in a while.†Keeping stone faced was probably much easier for Brady since Aaron Dobson and Kenbrell Thompkins took a big step away from the struggles that plagued the first two weeks of the season by combining for 93 yards and two touchdowns on 10 catches.
