The New England Patriots trimmed their roster to 75 players Tuesday by releasing tight end Evan Landi and defensive lineman Anthony Rashad White. Landi was signed Aug. 13 after originally hooking on with the Tampa Bay as a rookie free agent out of South Florida. White was originally signed by Pittsburgh as a rookie free agent out of Michigan State but was released in May. The 6-foot-2, 330-pounder made 65 tackles in his Spartans career. Source: MassLive.com
