I agree with Aaron Smith being underrated. I don't think Willie Parker is overrated, b/c I don't think anyone has him rated that high to begin with. It's obvious that his production has been in a decline, actually, for the last few seasons. I think he's gone from averaging 90+/game to high 80's to low 70's in the last three years. He'll lose carries to Moore and Mendenhall this season and will continue to lose goal line carries. Parker won't see the light of day on 3rd downs. I don't see how anyone could rank him high enough to make him overrated...lol. I think there's more chance that Hines Ward is "overrated" than Willie Parker...
Miami Dolphins How is Channing Crowder overrated when 75% of NFL fans wouldn't have any idea of who he was? His mouth overloads his butt now and then but overrated, not hardly. I do agree with Yerimiah Bell being underrated though. Couple others, Boldin overrated? I dont think so, in fact I'd say that Fitzgerald wouldn't be near as great as he is without Boldin. Chad Johnson.....yep, he nailed that one. Roy Williams....yep, until he proves otherwise. Dawkins overrated? Cmon dude seriously. Dawkins may be a HOF'er. Rivers underrated.....I definitely agree. People love to bash this guy for some reason, probably because he's a cocky sob......but he did carry the Chargers last season and should only get better.
I think hes right about dawkins even though he had a great career. Hes good but not what he was in the prime of his career For the eagles westbrook i dont think is that overrated. He might not have alot of 1000 yard seasons but hes an overall weapon receiving and running. Mikell i agree the guy has played very well i like him and he did make the all pro team last year.
Vernon Davis overrated? He's rated highly by a bunch of fans? Pretty stupid article overall if you ask me. His descriptions are not very good at all.
Whenever I read a Pete Prisco article, I just shake my head. However though, I really can't argue about Charles Tillman being overrated seeing he hasn't earned his money since getting that big fat contract. Whenever I see Tillman, he's either picking off passes, getting burned for a long play or TD, or injured.
Yea he still good for putting the big hit on you stoping the run and getting to the qb though.Hes really crappy in coverage.
IDk but i jut remmember some huge plays from him even last year. The huge hit on peterson in the playoffs and stripping ben of the ball. The dallas game he was the mvp he got 2 forced fumbles. I think hes still good at putting pressure on the QB.As far as juked of coarse he sucks at covering.
Isn't it funny that, despite Roy Williams being the most overrated player on the cowboys for years, now that he is not there anymore, Roy Williams still appears as their most overrated player? LOL.
He still has the ability to make big plays at times, particularly when at the line of scrimmage, but he's a shade of his former self in coverage. Prisco's calling Westbrook overrated for the reason of not being able to stay on the field I can't argue with. He's right on about Mikell.
Yeah, saying Davis is overrated is dumb. No one rates him high anymore. Heitmann is a good pick, though.
