Who would have thought that one individual would mean so much to his team that in his absence their record is/most likely will be 0-16?? I personally would have liked to have seen one or more wins to prove they have the resolve and depth to win games in spite of no Peyton. (I get the Suck for Luck campaign, but I know Peyton is too competitive to be on the sideline unless he has to be) So, should Mr. Manning be even considered for MVP this season in spite of not taking one snap all season?? Please discuss.....I'd love to know what you guys & gals think!
It's an interesting point. But in the same breath couldn't Marino or Brunell be included on your ballot?
Nope, this proves that Peyton was the Colts but what if he had played this season had his worst year ever and the colts finished 4 and 12? We don't know how good he'd have been this year so he can't be justified as the MVP
