Spoiler PWInsider.com is reporting people close to Ric Flair are expecting him to appear on Raw next Monday in Charlotte, NC. In support of this information—Flair has canceled an upcoming independent booking he was scheduled to have in North Carolina. It's expected if Flair is to return, he will get involved in the AJ, John Cena and Vickie Guerrero storyline. There is no word on the status of the lawsuit TNA has with WWE that's been reportedly a major hold up in Flair or any other former TNA talents from working with WWE. Truth be told I don't see it but it'd be freaking AMAZING if it did happen. Spoiler The "EXCUSE ME"/"WOOOO" battle could be freaking hilarious.
I still think the TNA crap is going to create an issue for that. I'd imagine if this is in fact going to happen AJ wouldn't have been "fired" last week unless he shows up to endorse 3MB or some crap. That'd be funny. Either way no way is he the GM.
heck tnas gay lawsuit how many ex wwe stars did tna take from wwe? Way more ex wwe stars went to tna then the other way around. Plus ric flair way more wwe guy then tna guy. I like tna latley but there management and dixie carter could go heck themselves
They didn't take anyone from WWE they took in WWE rejects.........It is different when a guy gets released from WWE and then goes to TNA then WWE knowing when TNA wrestlers contracts are up and how much the contracts are worth and through a series of friends lets that person know that the WWE is interested in them
There is no diffrence and kurt angle and jeff hardy are far from rejects they choose to leave just like tna wrestlers would choose to leave.Name one relevant person that has even come over from TNA?? ill wait cause there is none if ure reaching u could say rtruth and christian but then how are those diffrent than angle and hardy wanting out of wwe and going to tna its not at all. The issue was with Ric Flair........Once TNA found out that this guy leaked information to WWE about his contract all of a sudden Flair was no showing live events and signings. Showing up drunk to meetings and he screwed up the first Gutcheck because he was supposed to say no and he said yes. He was trying to get fired so he could go back to the WWE. Since TNA found out about the leak and knew that Flair has many people he knows in WWE they assumed that Flair was doing this because he knew the WWE wanted him back. Christian went back to WWE because he lost 5m when the housing market crashed and he no longer had the nest egg he originally did. When he first came to TNA WWE had offered him more money but TNA offered him the main event and a less hectic work schedule. R-Truth was no longer getting pushed and was unhappy with TNA(think Gail Kim in WWE). I think the lawsuit isn't that big of a deal and I do not think that TNA will get much from it but they are the little dog on the block and they are probably trying to show WWE that they are not going to be pushed around. No one knows what evidence TNA has against WWE and maybe they have something that can win the lawsuit. Either way if WWE hasnt brought back Ric Flair yet because of the lawsuit and Matt Morgan didn't sign with WWE because of the lawsuit then the lawsuit for all intents and purposes has worked in a weird twisted way.
Dident know that about flair in tna that is pretty hecked up but i mean they are still independant contractors i get what ure saying though. Things like this dident happen between wwe and wcw crap wcw threw the wwf womens title in the garbage on tv and wwf dident do crap.
different era and different corporate rules now and contracts back then were not strict like they are now.

You can see why TNA is pissed and assuming that WWE tampered with Ric Flair. Whether WWE did or not it is easy to see why TNA would assume that he was tampered with. Again I have no idea if WWE did or not just outside looking in and it looks like they might have said something to him.
