A "private family medical matter" will prevent New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft from attending this week's owners meetings in New Orleans, the team announced on Sunday. Kraft is a member of the NFL Management Council Executive Committee, and chairs the owner's Broadcast committee. Kraft is also on the league's Compensation, Finance, and NFL Network committees.
