The Raiders signed LB Ricky Brown to their 53-man roster on Sunday and waived OT Seth Wand. Brown, who played the past five seasons with Oakland, signed with New England earlier this year but was waived by the Pats. The Raiders lost LB Travis Goethel to a season-ending knee injury during camp and needed another backup linebacker. Brown said the Raiders called him just hours after he was cut by New England on Friday, and he jumped at the chance to return. “Most of the coaches I know from the last couple of years," Brown said.
