Raiders CB Stanford Routt Given 3-Year, $31M Deal

Oakland Raiders cornerback Stanford Routt is a newly-minted multi-millionaire. Routt has agreed to a three-year, $31 million contract. That includes $20 million in the first two years of the deal. Playing opposite Nmandi Asomugha, Routt is one of the faster cornerbacks. By retaining Routt as a free agent, it essentially seals the pending depature of Asomugha in the wake of his contract voiding.
