Oakland Raiders Pro Bowl defensive tackle Richard Seymour is missing OTAs this week, but coach Dennis Allen didn't sound worried. “Seymour, it's kind of been a tradition for him,†Allen said. “He hasn't been to a lot of the offseason conditioning programs, so I'm not real concerned with that.
