Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports that Raiders rookie quarterback Terrelle Pryor could make his NFL debut in Week 7. According to a "source with knowledge of the situation," the Raiders have installed a package of plays for the third-string quarterback. With the Kyle Boller led Raiders expected to go run-heavy against the Chiefs, it's unlikely Pryor would be called on to pbutt. He'll be little more than a curiosity if he gets into the game. The Chiefs will win this game...they need a QB not 3 lol. None of the QB's are going to be able to get into their rhythm
Have you seen the Chiefs play this year? Unless KC found some way to stop the run and found a new O-line, this really won't be a game... That said; I've loved watching these two teams battle over the years. they are almost always close. Just the last couple years the Chiefs don't have the same fire they use to when they were playing their division rival. I'm giving 4.5 points.
Have YOU seen the Chiefs play this year? I feel like Carson Palmer/Kyle Boller/TPryor will choke this game away so bad you will never want any of them to start another game for your team again. You need a QB to win and you don't have one.
Put him in and see what you have. see if he has the dreaded potential. See if he can be a decent backup. Palmer will be the qb for the next couple of years. Maybe just in time for Pryor to improve his game. It will take longer than two years cause he isn't the best passer in college. That pick really puzzled me when it happen so since it did happen see what he has. I see a smaller less talented Vince Young.
Campbell, Palmer, Pryor or Boller. Unlike the majority of teams that are pass-dependent, Oakland's QB just needs to manage the game without making some stupid errors. With McFadden standing behind you and that O-Line in front, the QB position isn't nearly as critical as it is for Charles-less Chiefs. That said, it's Raiders vs. Chiefs and anything goes.
Thanks for defending the Chiefs, but most of the people making the snide remarks about the Chiefs are only looking at the first two games. They've played much better over the last three and should have won them all if we had a decent QB. I think, even with Campbell or Palmer at 100%, this would be a pretty close game.
this game used to be a marquee game. granted it was quite a few years ago but man, they used to have some damn good games. The Nigerian Nightmare was frightening. Like Jacobs before Jacobs. 265 lbs running back. And that linebacker that died. crap what was his name. If he lived he would be in the Hall. He was a beast. But the Raiders was completing more passes to the Chiefs than their own guys.
Yes. Him. If he would have lived he would have surpassed LT as the best linebacker. Dude was the Machine before Albert P.
DT was enshrined in the HOF in 2009. I only wish I could have gone to the Seahawks game when DT had seven (7) QB sacks all by his lonesome.
He was inducted? Did not know that. That is awesome. He was my favorite lb that wasn't a Dome Patroler. Outstanding.
