Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain is active Sunday against Tampa Bay. He was a game-time decision because of a toe injury but is expected to start. Meanwhile, the Raiders did not activate linebacker Aaron Curry from physical unable to perform list. The Raiders need to activate him by Wednesday or shelve him for the season.
