The Oakland Raiders will start the regular season with rookie Derek Carr under center. Raiders coach Dennis Allen informed the team Monday that Carr will start over veteran Matt Schaub against the Jets on Sunday. Carr outplayed Schaub during the preseason, as the 2014 second-round pick threw for 326 yards with four touchdowns and one interception.
