Punter Shane Lechler is the Raiders' third string quarterback according to Vittorio Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle. Lechler was a quarterback in high school in Texas and regularly shows off his arm in defensive back drills. He has not thrown a pass in the NFL. "I trust him," Jackson said.
