The Raiders will have the services of placekicker Sebastian Janikowski for Week 9 against the Denver Broncos, reports NFL.com on Saturday. The Raiders sent home free agent Dave Rayner, who was on stand by just in case that Janikowski (left hamstring) couldn't return.
