Terrelle Pryor took the first reps during Oakland Raiders team drills Sunday, according to multiple reporters who tweeted the news just before being ushered off the field. Taking the first-team snaps could signify a change in the pecking order, which coach Dennis Allen hinted might happen after Matt Flynn's dreadful performance preceded Pryor's entertaining, albeit uneven, play in Friday's preseason loss to the Chicago Bears. Pryor still is very raw, and his feet and throwing mechanics are average to poor. But as he displayed Friday, behind the Raiders' offensive line, his elusiveness gives Oakland the best chance to succeed. Unfortunately for Flynn, he's experiencing déjà vu from his time with the Seattle Seahawks last season, but you can't say he didn't receive multiple shots at a starting job. Source: NFL.com
As he should. He and the third stringer looked much, much better against their "level" of competition than Flynn looked against the 1s
