    David White reports from his Twitter page that Raiders finalized injury settlements with cut players FB Lorenzo Neal (hamstring) and CB Jason Horton (foot). Horton 29 may have taken his final training camp rep. FB Lorenzo Neal was cut shorty after knowing he had a hamstring issue
