The Oakland Raiders on Wednesday signed kick returner Josh Cribbs, Steve Corkran of Bayareanewsgroup reports. In addition to the Raiders, Cribbs visited the Jets, Giants and Lions. He also visited with the Cardinals earlier in free-agency but failed their physical. “I am blessed to have the opportunity to prove myself yet again!†Cribbs said via Twitter. “Fresh start.
