Raiders Sign Veteran Quarterback Charlie Frye

The Raiders signed quarterback Charlie Frye, per the team's transactions page. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Frye visited the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent in March.

Glad to see him hanging around.

 

I like the signing, Frye had potential to be better in Cleveland. He really wasn't that bad. I think he could develop into a reliable backup Quarterback. Happy to see a team is giving him a chance.

Gradkowski has not looked good, and Walter has not been in any of mini camps and is going to be cut in the near future. Frye is going to be our 3rd QB
