ESPN's Colleen Dominguez reports that the Raiders will let Carson Palmer decide whether he'll start Sunday's game against the Chiefs. Dominguez, who is live at the stadium, said her "gut feeling" is that Palmer will play some snaps Sunday, regardless of whether he starts or not.
