The Rams signed veteran free agents LB Mario Haggan and OT Barry Richardson, the team announced Tuesday. Haggan played in 16 games with one start last season for the Broncos and made 23 tackles and returned an interception for a touchdown. He started every game the previous two seasons, his second and third in Denver. Haggan began his career with Buffalo, where he played from 2003-07. Richardson started all 16 games for the Chiefs each of the last two seasons, he began his career there in 2008 and has 33 career starts in 48 career games. Source: ProFootball Weekly
