Cut by the Cleveland Browns last week, veteran offensive lineman Hank Fraley is going to visit the St. Louis Rams, according to his agent, Ralph Cindrich. Fraley is an experienced blocker with 52 starts for the Browns over the past four seasons. Last season, Fraley appeared in 15 games with four starts. Source: National Football Post
