The injury suffered by St. Louis Rams offensive lineman Mark Setterstrom during practice Friday at minicamp has been diagnosed as a torn triceps muscle. Setterstrom, a seventh-round draft pick in 2006, already has come back from two major knee injuries. Head coach Steve Spagnuolo said Setterstrom, who had the same injury near the end of last season, so far had not made a decision about whether to have surgery or let the muscle try to heal on its own. If Setterstrom does opt for surgery, he probably would miss the 2010 season. Source: St. Louis Post-Dispatch
