    As the second half gets under way, St. Louis Rams RG Richie Incognito remains on the sideline, replaced by Mark Setterstrom. Incognito hasn’t been back on the field since incurring his second 15-yard penalty about midway through the second quarter. Incognito was flagged twice for head-butting a Titans player.
