Jason Smith (post-concussion symptoms) failed another baseline test on Monday, and remains out indefinitely after his Week 11 concussion, according to the Belleville News-Democrat. He will now a see an "independent consultant" about his injury. The team is obviously very concerned about his unusually slow recovery, making it highly unlikely that he will be active any time soon.
