Steven Jackson's first carry of the 2011 NFL season, good for a 47-yard touchdown, exceeded expectations. There was a catch though as Jackson would be leaving the game rather quickly. Jackson suffered a strained quadriceps and his return to the game is questionable, according to the Rams. After a fast start, the Rams have given up a touchdown drive and another touchdown on a turnover. They trail 14-7, and the feeling is obviously quite different with Jackson's return to the game in question. Source: ESPN.com
The more things change the more they stay the same...that is being SJax hurt and the passing game generally basically no yardage.
