The St. Louis Rams have released offensive guard Richie Incognito. "As with all other personnel moves, this is what we felt was in the best interest of the team at this time," coach Steve Spagnuolo said in a statement. "We appreciate Richie's efforts and we wish him the very best." Incognito was flagged for two personal fouls against the Titans on Sunday, both for head-butting a Titans player. Incognito, a five-year veteran, spent his entire career with the Rams after being drafted by the team in the third round (81st overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft.

For whatever reason, the Rams and Ram fan has taking a disliking to this guy. I don't care what the reasons are, Richie needs to jump in his car, get on I-70 and head west for 240 miles.

For whatever reason??? WTF...Incognito is well known for his dirty play without any regard to any other players body or life. He's a thug and a punk and the Rams were smart to ditch this butthole before he brought more negative attention to the Rams and we all know Goodell was just inches away from suspending this fool so why put him on your team when he's only going to sit out.

    Crowned Doesn't give a shit.

I think he needs a fresh start somewhere, and the Rams needed to rid themselves of him.

So refreshing. Why I love this board. Go the Niners board and every damn idiot is clamoring for us to sign this idiot. Would sure up our interior line apparently. Our line is bad, but not THAT bad.

He's a good lineman and he would help your line if he wasn't such a nutjob.

The Chiefs line IS that bad. I've lost all morals and common sense when it comes to the Chiefs, especially with the OL. Hell, I'd be all for the Chiefs trying to bring Conrad Dobler out of retirement at this point. And if Ray Carruth gets paroled, I'm good.

With his history, how long would he be on your team before being suspended is my point?

Mullet, people on the .com board are ridiculously stupid, they still love Alex Smith for pete's sake.
