Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo is certainly on the hotseat with a 10-36 record in the three years he's been head coach of the Rams. Jason La Canfora of NFL Network reported that the Rams have plans to "blow things up" at the end of the season. There are no plans to do it this week according to La Canfora but it is inevitable that it will happen after the season is over. Also expected to go is offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels as quarterback Sam Bradford and the Rams offense have struggled to put points on the board averaging just under 12 points per game. There is no word on General Manager Billy Devaney's future.
