The NFL trading deadline is October 30th and according to Michael Lombardi of NFL Network, the Rams are shopping several players prior to the deadline. The Rams are one of the youngest teams in the league and would like to acquire more picks to help in their rebuilding process. One player to keep an eye on is running back Steven Jackson who will be a free-agent after this year. He could be the piece that a team struggling with the running game could use to put them over the top. Jackson is 29 and may have a few good years left. In six games he has rushed 89 times for 323 yards behind a weak offensive line. Source: The Redzone

Wouldn't give Mike Wallace up for Jackson...not at this point. Doesn't seem like they are going anywhere this year and with Mendenhall in the fold for now, it's not really worth Wallace IMO...
Irsay would cream himself at this thought. Luck looks great. Reggie Wayne is a BEAST and Donald Brown is okay. Stephen Jackson in Indy would make this team something to really reckon with IMO.
