The St. Louis Rams have signed free agent safety Michael Lewis, reports Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The 6-1, 222-pound Lewis began his NFL career with the Philadelphia Eagles, who chose him in the second round (58th overall) of the 2002 NFL Draft out of the University of Colorado. Rams head coach Steve Spagnuolo was the Eagles' defensive backs coach when Lewis was drafted. Source: macsfootballblog
