The Rams left the Valley of the Sun relatively healthy following their 31-17 victory over the Cardinals. After missing practice all week with his foot in a boot, receiver Danny Amendola dressed for Sunday's game but did not play in the second half. Coach Jeff Fisher sounded more encouraged Monday than he did after the game about Amendola's prospects for practice this week and increased playing time Sunday against the 49ers. “He's a little sore, but he's got a chance to get back on the practice field,†Fisher said. “He's healing, but it's going to take time until he gets back to 100 percent.†Fisher also reported that center Scott Wells “felt good and didn't have any issues†after starting his first game since the season opener. Wells has been sidelined with a foot injury and his return marked the first time since the opener that all the starting linemen have played together. “We can only get better,†Fisher said.
