I dont see Childress' fingerprints on this. He's way too much of a cat to ever make such a ballsy move. Moss' comments likely incensed the Wilfs enough to insist on his head.

I don't see him getting by Buffalo or Carolina. Either way he is a free agent after this year. I agree with the guys on ESPN right now. Childress couldn't and didn't manage Moss well at all and he isn't a good coach. The guys also said The Vikings should have known what they were getting.
i cant see 30 teams passing on him. id love for the steelers to grow some balls and make me happy with a controversial signing for once.....tomlin has history with moss in minny doesnt he? moss and wallace run deep, ward, sanders and heath eat up the middle...it would be too good to be true. oh and the best part of the whole thing, el gets CUT maybe with a knife
I agree, but winning cured him in 07. What ever team gets him needs to be on the right path and winning.
