Aaron Wilson reports via Twitter that Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said his understanding is that linebacker Terrell Suggs has a chance to return from partially torn Achilles this season. The reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year tore his Achilles playing basketball and it was repaired during a 30-minute surgery by noted foot and ankle specialist Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte, N.C.
