Ravens starting defensive lineman Arthur Jones is a happy man, writing a series of positive updates on social media Friday night after being sidelined for the past few weeks with an illness. Jones has been dealing with a viral infection near his heart that initially raised concerns and is now cleared up to the point where he could return to play soon after getting good news from doctors, according to a source. Going forward, there aren't any serious worries about Jones' status. However, the team now has to map out a plan to ease Jones back into an exercise and practice regimen and gauge his conditioning after being out since playing in the third preseason game against the Carolina Panthers. "Thank you Lord for the amazing news today," Jones wrote on his official Twitter account. "I don't know where I would be with out you. :-) Thank you everyone who kept me in there prayers. The big man upstairs answered." Ravens coach John Harbaugh had previously indicated that Jones was dealing with a non-life threatening, non-football related illness that wasn't serious and could sideline him for anywhere from a week to indefinitely.
