Defensive tackle Ryan McBean, who filed a lawsuit against the NFL over his six-game ban for violating the league's performance-enhancing drug policy, has settled the litigation and taken a three-game suspension, according to the Denver Post. McBean was a member of the Denver Broncos when he was suspended, but the club withdrew his tender offer and he signed on Monday with the Baltimore Ravens. Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams was also suspended six games, a punishment he is fighting, while tight end Virgil Green received a four-game suspension and elected not to appeal it.

He was suing the NFL, they split the suspension in half in exchange for him dropping the suit.
