The Ravens announced that they have hired Jason Brooks as their assistant to the offense. Brooks will handle offensive quality-control duties, including self-scouting, game film analysis and breaking down opponents' tendencies, while also assisting wide receivers coach Jim Hostler. "Jason comes in here with college coaching and pro personnel experience, and we're happy to have him on board," head coach John Harbaugh said in a statement. "He is a high-energy, hardworking individual who adds a lot to our team. Plus, with his dad, he's from a coaching family with a strong background." Source: Baltimore Sun
