The Baltimore Ravens have invited Elizabeth City State wide receiver Reggie Smith to their minicamp on a tryout basis. Besides playing wide receiver, Smith doubled as one of the top kick returners at the Division II level. Smith led the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association with a 20.2 punt return average last season, returning three for touchdowns as he ranked second in the nation.
