Ravens QB Troy Smith Signs His 1 Year $1.1M Tender

    Baltimore Ravens quarterback Troy Smith has signed his one-year, $1.101 million restricted free agent tender, a league source confirmed. Drafted in the fifth round out of Ohio State, the former Heisman Trophy winner has been seeking a trade. He recently switched representation, hiring Cleveland-based agent Neil Cornrich.

    I still think he has been a bust. He was way over hyped coming into the draft

    Only cuz he won the heisman. He's not a bust if you've seen him play.
