Cornerback Samari Rolle has been released by the Baltimore Ravens, according to Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times. This should hasten Rolle's expected retirement. Hampered by a serious neck injury, he did appear in an NFL game in 2009 and in 11 NFL seasons, he has 31 career interceptions. Source: RotoTimes.com
I think his playing days are over due to his severe neck injury. It's a shame because he could have had a profound impact on our secondary had he stayed healthy.
He hasn't been solid for quite a while. He's finished. Bloody good corner in his time, I hope he doesn't try and prolong his career Simeon Rice style.
O shot I thought the guy was stillin doin his thing, well yea i guess its for the best that they released him. Do you guys think the vikings should draft Taylor Mays or Patrick Robinson?
