The Baltimore Ravens have signed free agent offensive lineman Scott Kooistra, Adam Caplan of FOXSports.com reports. Kooistra (6-6, 335) was a seventh-round pick (215th overall) out of North Carolina State by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2003. During seven seasons with the Bengals, Kooistra appeared in 84 games, making one start during the 2005 season.
