Low center of gravity is useful. Has good balance. Makes cuts very quickly. Tough guy. Very physical.
This is my #1 RB, but I wouldn't draft any until the 4th or later. Good RBs are almost common these days, there will be plenty of good RBs available in the later rounds, or even free agency. But if I did draft 1 early D Carter would be the 1. His combination of power & speed & awareness & that low center of gravity... well, he will make some team very happy.
