Re-Grading The 2009 Draft

    Now that the regular season is complete the Dallas Morning News took another look at last year's draft and decided to re-grade based on how those picks did. Good read.

    Orakpo just about makes the draft acceptable. Hes been very good lined up at end but for some reason he kept being put at OLB where he struggled.

    I still wish the pick had been Oher and if we wanted a LB it should have been Cushing.

    The Raiders received a combined 24 starts from pass catchers Darrius Heyward-Bey (first-round WR), Louis Murphy (fourth-round WR) and Brandon Myers (sixth-round TE). On the down side, the Raiders finished 29th in the NFL in passing. Third-round DE Matt Shaughnessy posted four sacks.

    April grade: D

    January grade: B


    Louis Murphy was the steal of the 2010 draft and could've won Offensive Rookie of the year.
