Boston Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis will be activated from the disabled list on Friday and is expected to be in the lineup against the Texas Rangers.Youkilis has been on the DL since Aug. 18 with a lower-back strain and completed a two-game minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Pawtucket on Wednesday. He went 2-for-8, hitting a home run in his final at-bat.Youkilis participated in batting practice on Thursday and said he's feeling good and ready to go."As good as I can be for September," he said.
