Barry Svrluga of the Washington Post reports on Saturday, Army and Navy will play at FedEx for the first time in the 112-game history of the rivalry – a game that kicks off less than 24 hours before the Redskins and New England Patriots. “That’s always a concern when there’s a game the day before,†Redskins Coach Mike Shanahan said. “You’re hoping that it’s not raining and it’s not torn up.†There is no rain forecast over the weekend. Maryland and Notre Dame played FedEx Field on Nov. 12, but the Redskins were at Miami that week. Still, the field was in poor shape the following week against Dallas. “I’m not sure how much time there is†to fix the field, Shanahan said. “We’re just keeping our fingers crossed.†Source: The Redzone
pats get up by two TD's and Brady is a ghost on that field. I wouldn't play him a snap more then absoluetly necessary.
