According to people within the Redskins organization, owner Daniel Snyder and Vinny Cerrato, the team's executive vice president of football operations, recently attended a University of Texas game to scout quarterback Colt McCoy. Cerrato traveled to conduct an in-person evaluation of Notre Dame quarterback Jimmy Clausen, a junior who declared for the draft this week. The belief among some at Redskins Park is that Snyder and Cerrato plan to use the team's first-round draft pick next spring to continue their quest for the Redskins' next franchise quarterback, which could signal the end of Jason Campbell's tenure with the team and also leave a big question mark in the backfield. No not really just dont wanna see a good ol Texas dude go there i didnt like that they got Orakpo from UT
If the Skins draft a QB first round, I will laugh. Everyone (sans management it seems) knows they need OL help badly. I know fans who want the first 3 picks to be on lineman for yall. I hope Dallas is as smart b/c ol' Flozell needs to go.
Linemen are so overrated, dude. Colt could dodge everyone of the guys that get past your line and run for a score!!!
danny boy, when are you going to wake up from your fantasy world and remember that you're NOT an nfl scout ..................... ???
Exactly. I dont hate Colt, but I hate the dual Cowboys/Longhorns fans fully homosexual manlove for him. I would love to see him in Washington, which is a team I feel he would fail on. Hearing Cowboys/Longhorns fans talking about Colt McCoy is like listening to someone ripping off a bunch of Chuck Norris jokes, but being serious about it
